• Provide and improve the Ferdava service

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Other trip members you invite to your trips
• Service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. database, email)
• Law enforcement when required by law

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Files you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

You can delete your account at any time in Settings ?' Danger Zone.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

Ferdava uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase ?" database and authentication
• Mapbox / MapTiler ?" maps and location data
• Unsplash ?" destination photos

8. Children's Privacy

Ferdava is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
