Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ferdava, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ferdava is a collaborative trip planning tool. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, stress-test, or abuse the service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.

You retain ownership of content you upload (trip data, files, photos). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and the trip members you choose to share it with. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

Each account has a storage quota as shown in Settings → Storage. Exceeding this quota will prevent further file uploads until space is freed.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We will try to give advance notice for planned downtime.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferdava is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Ferdava operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
